If you continue to browse and use our app/website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern ‘’VaayuShop’’ relationship with you in relation to this app/website and the Services (as described below). VaayuShop ( product of Sociotrade Pvt Ltd) is a Technology platform providing technical services to Indian SMEs and RBI registered lenders. In event there is conflict between terms and conditions, the terms and conditions agreed during signup of the services would prevail. DEFINITIONS The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions set out below that govern this contract of Carriage between you and us: "We", "us", "our", "Vaayu","VaayuShop" shall refer to "Sociotrade Private Limited" & its employees, authorized agents/partners “You”, “your”, “customer”, "SME", "Merchant" shall refer to the one who is availing Vaayu's Services. “Applicable Law” means means all laws, statutes, ordinance, regulations, guidelines, policies, rules, bye-laws, notifications, directions, directives and orders or other governmental restrictions or any similar form of decision of, or determination by, or any interpretation, administration and other pronouncements having the effect of law of the Republic of India or any other applicable jurisdiction by state, municipality, court, tribunal, government, ministry, department, commission, arbitrator or board or such other body which has the force of law in India. USER(S) ELIGIBILITY User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the services provided by VaayuShop("Services"). VaayuShop advises its users that while accessing the website/app, they must follow/abide by the related laws. VaayuShop is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior / acts during use of website/app. VaayuShop may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time.

DISCLAIMERS

• You acknowledge that third party services are available on the website/mobile application. We may have formed partnerships or alliances with some of these third parties from time to time in order to facilitate the provision of certain services to you. However, you acknowledge and agree that at no time are we making any representation or warranty regarding any third party's services nor will we be liable to you or any third party for any consequences or claims arising from or in connection with such third party including, and not limited to, any liability or responsibility for, death, injury or impairment experienced by you or any third party. You hereby disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have against us with respect to third party’s services.
• We do not, in any way, endorse any information or service offered or described herein. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any decision made or action taken in reliance on such information.
• If we are held liable to you in a court of competent jurisdiction for any reason, in no event will we be liable for any damages in excess of inr 1,000/-.
• Acceptance/Rejection of any application submitted on our platform is sole discretion of Vaayu’s lending partners. However, in special cases Vaayu reserves the right to reject an application or stop its services to any of its customers without any prior notice
• Vaayu and its lending partners also reserves the rights to reject any application without providing the reason for rejection of application or stoppage of services.
