What Indus Valley report by Blume VC tells & what it doesn’t?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are optimist or pessimist – report won’t disappoint you<\/strong> – just like Indian economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are pessimist<\/strong> you get a lots of raw ammunition & data to make it point – “We are a poor county similar to Sub-Saharan with a tiny somewhat shiny India1 like Mexico”. (Though that’s reality). It gives lots of backing to founders, investors, LPs to focus on consumer theory, smaller urban public than try to go for bold ideas in AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are optimist<\/strong> – It gives you hope with Unicorns map & kind of leaves you with a feeling that, we are on same trajectory as China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But misses<\/strong> it misses something profound – “Rationale Optimist Futuristic” or “High agency view”. Second it doesn’t cover enough of AI, Artificial General Intelligence, Artificial Super Intelligence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First VC money in the world was raised by a Sailor<\/strong> \u2014Christopher Columbus. He raised funds from Spain\u2019s crown, betting on uncharted seas for treasure. Today\u2019s VCs, founders face a similar horizon with AI. Since then Europeans & Americans have taken pride in calling themselves “explorers”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, tx Sajith Pai from Blume VC for putting a great compass. The role of the eco-system, VCs, founders is to use the compass to sail unchartered waters in lookout for treasures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But here\u2019s the itch:<\/strong> something\u2019s missing in report, something big. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me introduce you the larger theme – Singularity<\/strong>. $9T in productivity, wealth are up for un lock on the road to Singularity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When humanity & AI become inseparable, indistinguishable<\/strong> & on the way $9T are to be unlocked. There will be several unlocks, waves or inflexion points every 3-5 years. You just have to capture 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It covers lots of questions that VCs, founders face & debate.<\/strong> Mostly they leave it at – “no one understand what will happen”. “It’s too fast for me to comprehend”. Well! Singularity<\/strong> is when our brains connect with AI models and robots rival humans in daily life\u2014AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) thinks like us, ASI (Artificial Superintelligence) beyond. Slated for 2045, it\u2019s poised to unlock $9 trillion in wealth<\/strong> & a positive impact for entire humanity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
